Originally, the Backstage Music Lessons needed a way for drum students to participate in recitals, and we had several cover songs performed as a group on stage during those recitals, but scheduling rehearsals for all our students was a nightmare. Despite that, a handful of our best students remained very interested in performing together. . . 

Then our band was born!
